Job Pilot

Terms & Conditions

These terms form an agreement between you and Job Pilot, the provider of the Job Pilot service available at getjobpilot.com.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

The Job Pilot service is provided by Job Pilot ("Job Pilot", "we", "us"). By creating an account, uploading a CV, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using Job Pilot on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

2. What Job Pilot provides

Job Pilot analyses the CV you upload, matches you with job opportunities based on the information you provide, highlights strengths and gaps in your applications, and offers interview preparation tools. Some features are available only on a paid Pro plan. Job Pilot is a preparation and guidance tool: we do not employ you, guarantee interviews, or guarantee that you will be offered a job.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date — our analysis and matching quality depends on it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • You must have the right to upload any CV, document, or content you submit to the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

  • use Job Pilot for any unlawful purpose, or to submit fraudulent, misleading or falsified application material;
  • send spam, or use the service to harass, impersonate or defraud employers or other people;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property or upload content you do not have the right to use;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including probing, scanning, introducing malware, or attempting to bypass plan limits or access controls;
  • scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative services from Job Pilot or its outputs.

5. AI-generated content

Job Pilot uses artificial intelligence to analyse CVs, score applications, suggest answers and generate interview material. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and is provided for general guidance only — it is not legal, financial, immigration or professional career advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and editing anything you send to an employer, and for ensuring that everything you submit about yourself is truthful. We may filter, refuse or restrict outputs, and may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Job Pilot retains all rights in the service, including its software, models, design, documentation and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You keep ownership of your CV and the content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. If you believe content on Job Pilot infringes your rights, contact us and we will review it; we may remove content and terminate accounts for repeat infringement.

7. Payment, subscriptions and refunds

Job Pilot Pro subscriptions are sold through Stripe, our payment processor. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's terms and by the terms shown at checkout. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.

8. Availability

We work to keep Job Pilot available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings and match results will always be current or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Job Pilot and delete your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted or anonymised in line with our Privacy Notice; you may export your data before closing your account.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost job offers, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Contact us at support@getjobpilot.com.
